Pacific Standard Time was the standard time zone of the United States' west coast, which included Los Angeles, California.

- For the first six seasons, all events took place in PST. Seasons 1 and 2 both began in local time of foreign countries, but transitioned to PST when the action moved to the United States.
- To keep everything consistent, the events in Washington, D.C. during Day 6 were shown in PST.
