Dan Mounts and Rick Allen met Kim Bauer and Janet York at the store shortly after midnight, where they partied for a short while. They left before 1:00am in Dan's van.
Reading an email from Janet to Kim, Teri Bauer tracked the girls' location to the store, but she arrived shortly after the girls had left, Kevin Carroll posing as Janet's father Alan accompanied her. The two saw that Janet's car was still there, so they decided to wait for them to return.
