Parvez was a mercenary working for Yakub Syed on Day 1. He lived at room 47 of Garage Gali in Nagpada.

Parvez was in his room when Jai Singh Rathod knocked on his door, at around 3:25am. Parvez turned out the lights, and Jai broke into the room, firing his weapon. Parvez shot back, running out of the window and into the streets below. Jai gave chase, along with inspector Nagwekar.

Parvez flees from Jai

They split up to search for him, and Parvez took the police officer at gunpoint. He ordered Jai to drop his gun, but Nagwekar pushed his arm and Parvez shot him dead. Jai shot Parvez in the arm and subdued him.

Police backup arrived, and Nagwekar's body was taken away. Jai questioned Parvez, but he refused to answer anything unless he was released from custody. Parvez then told Jai he knew a lot about him, and informed him that if he ever wanted to see his daughter alive, he needed to break him out of custody. Jai angrily grabbed him, but police pulled him away. ("3:00am-4:00am")

Parvez was then driven to the police station, and Jai followed. He questioned Parvez in his cell, and Parvez explained he was expecting a phone call at VT station in twenty minutes, and if he wasn't there Jai's daughter Kiran would be killed. Jai started a fight with Parvez, and other officers joined in, and in the scuffle Parvez managed to get the key to his cell. He released himself and Jai drove him to the phone booth. On the way, he made lewd comments to Jai about Nikita Rai, causing Jai to hit him.
