Patricia Siegman was the supervisor working at the Los Angeles Department of Coroner.
Seigman received a call from Harry Driscoll around 7:30am demanding an autopsy on a body he had just brought in to the Department of Coroner. She explained that there was a backlog, and that his case could not jump the queue. However, he managed to talk Seigman into doing the autopsy herself when he explained that if she did not help innocent people could end up dead.
The autopsy was performed before 11:00am and Harry discovered to his horror that C-4 had been packed inside the body, therefore making the person be useful as a living bomb. He called Jack Bauer who came down to see for himself.
