Paul Gecelovsky was a Russian criminal in the gang of Vladimir Laitanan six years prior to Day 8. He and his relative Andrew Gecelovsky — along with Lugo Elson and Ziya Dakhilov — worked with Laitanan in the organized crime underground until their group was broken up by "Renee Zadan" (undercover FBI agent Renee Walker). Paul and the others, excluding Laitanan, were arrested in the sting operation.

- This character was mentioned only in the supplemental Season 8 background material of Operation Hero (see the document here). It was not stated if Paul was released and rejoined Laitanan, or, if he was still in prison during Day 8. It is also not made clear if Andrew Gecelovsky was his brother or cousin (or other relation).
