Perez was one of the terrorists working for Carr during the events of The Game.

Perez was located at Carr's terrorist base at Washington DC where CTU Agent Chase Edmunds was working undercover. Shortly after 7:00am, Chase's cover was blown and he had to take down the base. Perez was one of the terrorists in the bunker hub room. He was shot and killed by Chase shortly after 7:20am.
