Biography and career[]

Pete Walsh was born in Oxnard, California, where he lived most of his life. He was a member of the Los Angeles Police Department for 20 years, before deciding to move into an acting career. He often portrays members of law enforcement or SWAT teams, due to his experience of police work.

Through his career, Walsh has worked in shows like The Lyon's Den and Line of Fire (with Leslie Hope, Michael Irby, and Brian Goodman). In both shows he worked with Jesse Escochea, who is also a tactical and law enforcement advisor. Walsh also appeared on the film The Shooter, and the TV movie Redemption.
