Phillip Rhys played Reza Naiyeer during Season 2 of 24.
Along with some secondary roles in television and film, Rhys is well known to television audiences for his recurring guest role on "Nip/Tuck", where he worked with Kate Mara and Vincent Angell. He has also had recurring roles on "Survivors" and one of the main roles on "Flatland" alongside Dennis Hopper. Other series in which he has acted are "Undressed" (with Eyal Podell), "Shark" (with Michael Cavanaugh and Nicholas Guest), and "Eyes" (with Richard Burgi).
Rhys debuted in the 1997 film The Others. After that, he has acted in films like Punks (with Michael Holden and Rudolf Martin), Farewell, My Love (with Gabrielle Fitzpatrick and Sarah Wynter), and Fathers and Sons (with Reiko Aylesworth).
