Phillips (Day 1)

Phillips was a police officer at the Van Nuys Precinct on duty during Day 1.

Phillips' partner, Jessie Hampton, was shot and killed by Greg Penticoff during the events of Day 1. A few hours later, CTU Los Angeles agent Jack Bauer confronted Phillips and got into a scuffle with him in order to obtain Phillips' access card to give to Penticoff in order to get him out of the Precinct.
