During Day 1, after running away from a pimp named Rocco, Kim Bauer and Janet York hid behind Platt's Auto Body and Kim called her mother, Teri, to tell her that she and Janet had been kidnapped and were being chased. In the middle of the phone call, Kim heard the kidnappers, Rick and Dan, approaching and she had to hang up the phone.
