Powers Boothe played Vice President Noah Daniels during Season 6 and 24: Redemption. He is well known for his roles in Westerns, notably Deadwood and Tombstone. Boothe was the only actor nominated to show up at the 1980 Emmy Awards, as the Screen Actors Guild was on strike that year. He won the award that year. He had an uncredited role as a Bolivian bandito in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969).
