Prescott O'Brian was the son of Morris O'Brian and Chloe O'Brian.

Shortly before 6:00am of Day 6, Chloe confessed to her ex-husband Morris O'Brian that she was pregnant.

Prescott was born around four years before Day 7. After this, Morris and Chloe started living together again.

As Morris O'Brian dropped Chloe off outside the FBI Washington Field Office, he had Prescott in the back of the car. Chloe assured him that she would return home. She then exited the vehicle and said good-bye to her son before leaving.

Later, Morris went back into the FBI to find out where Chloe was. Whilst waiting, he contacted Prescott's babysitter and said to make sure that the child had his "babu" with him when he went to sleep.

When Chloe was called by Jack in the middle of the night, Prescott was fast asleep in the same room as his parents. As she prepared to leave, she kissed him. She then asked Morris to leave the city with him.
