Ramin was a man with terrorist connections investigated by Jack Bauer and Ed Burchanel during Trinity.

Burchanel and Jack interrogated him Ramin, but he gave them no information they did not already know. Ramin was killed by a bomb inserted into his chair by terrorists Michael and Gabriel who did not want him to divulge any information. Burchanel was also seriously injured in the bombing.
