Rasheed was a terrorist who worked for Habib Marwan during Day 4.

The terrorist conspirator Joseph Fayed turned over two hostages — Jack Bauer and Dina Araz — to the ringleader Marwan at around 8:48pm. When he did, he was handed a suitcase-bomb by Rasheed because he was being followed; Fayed used it to martyr himself when stopped by CTU agent Baron. Rasheed left with Marwan and the others after Dina was executed for betraying the terrorists.
Rasheed was sent to move Jack to a hostage exchange with CTU in order to distract the government from a plan to strike at Air Force One. At around 9:35, Jack tried to escape by tripping up Rasheed, kicking him across the face, and knocking down another terrorist. However, Jack was punched out cold by Rasheed, and hefted to a black van.
Rasheed drove the van containing Jack, Abdullah, and another accomplice to the hostage-exchange location. There, he spotted CTU vehicles, and reported this to the sniper Anwar, who then passed the message along to Marwan. Once Marwan gave permission to Anwar, Abdullah and the accomplice sent Jack across to CTU as Curtis Manning exchanged Behrooz Araz to the terrorists. Before Anwar could take out Jack, he was shot by CTU counter-sniper Lee Castle, but Rasheed and the two others succeeded in retaking Behrooz. As Rasheed drove away, Abdullah disabled the two tracking devices on Behrooz in the back of the van.
[edit] Background information and notes
- Rasheed, Abdullah, the third terrorist, and their hostage Behrooz were last seen alive. In a non-canonical deleted scene from Day 4, however, Abdullah and the third man are killed by Curtis and his team, and Behrooz is rescued. What happened to Rasheed in this deleted scene is not shown.
- Henry M. Kingi, Jr. is credited only for the 9pm-10pm appearance, and only as "terrorist."
