The Regional District Director is an agent sent from District to oversee CTU. Though not officially part of CTU, the director does have authority over the Special Agent in Charge, only outranked by orders from the White House.

	Ryan Chappelle was a Regional District Director who was known to be arrogant/cocky, He was always by the book, and was killed by Jack Bauer on Day 3
	Lynn McGill	Day 5	Deceased
	Lynn McGill was sent to CTU during the crisis at Ontario Airport during Day 5. He was removed under Section 112 by Curtis Manning, who immediately transferred his power back to Bill Buchanan. Sacrificed himself in a nerve gas attack on CTU in order to save the remaining survivors of the building.
