Rick Ravanello played Captain Reiss in Season 3. He was the head of the Delta Strike Team assembled in Mexico by CTU to try to intercept the Cordilla Virus. He was on the helicopter that picked up Chase Edmunds, Sergio and Oriol after their truck broke down.

Rick began his acting journey out of Calgary, Alberta where he met and married his wife, Michelle in 1994. Rick studied business while at university and also starred as a running back while playing football. He has three younger brothers, Chris, Lawrence and Michael (Michael sustained a brain injury back in 1994 which has left him hospitalzed since).
