Rita Cullens was the wife of Simon Cullens and mother of at least two children, seen during Day 3.

Rita and her two children were frightened when CTU agent Chase Edmunds forcibly entered the Cullens' home and demanded information from Simon regarding Hector Salazar. Simon told Rita and the children to wait elsewhere so he could speak with Chase.
