Sam was a congressional aide to Representative Jayce Fulbright.
Sam was on hand to assist Fulbright during the House Special Subcommittee's investigation into the events of the California presidential primary. Among other duties, Sam provided dossiers on key players Jack Bauer and Ira Gaines and a statement from bystander Lauren Proctor.
