During Day 3, a vial of the Cordilla virus was meant to be released in the city.

During Day 5, a missile strike from the Natalia was meant to hit the city. Vladimir Bierko stated that he wanted to overlap the targets, because he wanted to make sure there were no survivors.

During Day 6 a UAV carrying a nuclear warhead was to be flown into the city and remotely detonated. Jack Bauer was able to steer the UAV clear of the city, but crash landed the craft in an industrial park near the city. This wreck caused the nuclear casing to be cracked, releasing biohazardous waste. The responding emergency crews were exposed to this, and HAZMAT was sent on its way to clean the site.
