Scott was an anti-government American terrorist who worked with Eddie Grant under Joseph Wald during Day 2.

Scott, alongside Chris and Dave, assisted Eddie Grant in the bombing of CTU Los Angeles during the events of Day 2. Soon after, Jack Bauer killed Scott as well as Chris and Eddie, during a shootout after Jack revealed himself to be a government agent.
