Scott Paulin played Brian Jacobs during Season 2 of 24. He also has almost twenty director credits, mostly for television series episodes. He portrayed the villain in the ill-received 1990 Captain America film, in which fellow 24 actor Matt Salinger portrayed the hero.

Paulin also starred in the series "Line of Fire" with Brian Goodman and Leslie Hope.
