Scott Powell is a film editor on 24, and has been with the show since Day 1. He also edited the 24 spinoff The Rookie.
Powell also operated the "Tourist camera" during Day 6 6:00am-7:00am, footage of which can been on the Opening with a Bang special feature.
He has been nominated for two Emmys, one of which he won.
