Scott Remick (born May 2, 1970; age 53) was a second second AD for 24.

Biography and career[]

Scott Remick was born in Kalispell, Montana. He developed an interest in filmmaking since childhood, and while growing up, he made VHS movies and 8mm films with his friends. Despite his interest in film, Remick attended San Diego State University to study Aerospace Engineering. However, he decided to change his major to Film eventually.

Remick began working as a production assistant on the TV show Renegade. He continued to work as such for several shows and films, while also working as a second second assistant director for TV movies and shows. With time, he became a second assistant director, working on shows like The Invisible Man and Buffy the Vampire Slayer, before taking the job on 24. He worked on the show from 2004 to 2010.

After Season 8 of 24, Remick went on to work on Terriers, Hawaii Five-0, and Awake, which was executive produced by Howard Gordon. He also worked on an episode of Touch, starring Kiefer Sutherland. The episode he worked on was directed by Nelson McCormick and featured performances by Wade Andrew Williams. Remick is currently working on a new show called Aquarius, starring David Duchovny. The show also features first assistant director Nicole Burke, who worked with Remick on 24.
