Seoul was the city in South Korea where the interrogation of a Second Wave terrorist took place at the start of Day 2.

Jason Park was tortured by Deng, Mina, and several Korean interrogators in Seoul. Park broke and revealed that a nuclear strike planned by Mamud Rasheed Faheen was going to take place sometime during the day. Deng rushed to tell his superior, American Colonel Graham, this information, who immediately contacted NSA deputy chief Eric Rayburn.
