Shipler was a staffer at CTU Los Angeles during Day 2.

Shipler survived the bombing of CTU and continued to work there. Shipler observed George Mason vomiting in the bathroom, and told Michelle Dessler about it. Michelle surmised that George had radiation poisoning, and at about 4:30pm told Tony Almeida about what Shipler had seen to support her guess about Mason's health.
