Lieutenant Commander Spagnola was Jackson Reichert's executive officer for the USS Belleau Wood.
Spagnola and Reichert surveyed Chiang and his security detachment as they were deployed to inspect the MV Barataria. While examining the video feed, Spagnola and Reichert were alerted of radiation signatures on the ship, and they immediately discovered that nuclear weapons had been on board. After Reichert finished talking to Auerbach about the situation, Auerbach ordered Reichert and his crew to sink the Barataria. Once they sank the ship, Reichert told Spagnola to resume their usual patrol route. (Rogue)
