The Stanswick Power Plant was a power facility located in Washington, D.C.
During Day 7, the plant was used by Colonel Iké Dubaku as the place where President Allison Taylor would deliver Prime Minister Ule Matobo. Taylor, instead, devised a plan with Bill Buchanan and Ethan Kanin to use Agent Masden as a Matobo stand-in to buy some time for Jack Bauer and Renee Walker.
As Agent Smith drove Masden into the power plant lot, one of Dubaku's men ordered them to get out of the car. When they refused, he called Dubaku, who ordered him to destroy the car. As they attempted to leave the plant, another Dubaku soldier fired a rocket-propelled grenade at the car, destroying it.
President Taylor, Ethan Kanin, and Bill Buchanan witnessed all this through satellite imagery. ("Day 7: 3:00pm-4:00pm")
