Parker was born in Farnham, a town in Surrey, England.

He has worked in TV commercials, TV shows, and some feature films like Breaking the Bank, Legend (with Kevin McNally), and The Danish Girl. He has also appeared in shows like Man Down, The Syndicate, and Gigglebiz.
