Ryan Chappelle notified Eileen to send security to watch analyst Chloe O'Brian while tests were performed on an infant whom Chloe refused to identify. Steve guarded Chloe until Ryan sent him away when Chloe was needed to address an emergency: Nina Myers infected the computer systems of the entire Counter Terrorist Unit and only Chloe was qualified to address the worm.
