Day 5 Edit
Stokes was one of the agents who, with Curtis Manning, helped Jack Bauer apprehend Collette Stenger at Van Nuys Airport during Day 5. After she was restrained, Manning and Stokes took her back to the staging area.
Day 6 Edit
After the nuclear detonation in Valencia, Jack Bauer decided that he wanted to continue to help CTU. Bill Buchanan sent Stokes to pick up Jack at the corner of 15th and Glasgow, where Jack had just saved a civilian, Jeff, from a helicopter wreck.
Stokes picked up Jack and drove him. During the drive, Buchanan informed Jack that his father, Phillip Bauer, was needed for questioning since he had contact with terrorism suspect Dmitri Gredenko. Jack convinced Buchanan to let him question his father, and told Stokes to pull over to take the wheel. Buchanan then sent someone to pick up Stokes.
Agent Stokes later arrived with Jack, Hal Turner, Rick Burke, and a CTU field team at the home of Graem Bauer at 226 Pine Crest Road, in Indian Falls. When Jack lost control and demanded that Burke kill Graem with an overdose of hyoscine-pentothal, Burke radioed for help. Stokes entered the room with his weapon drawn on Jack, but Jack only relented when Phillip Bauer appeared in the doorway with Stokes. When Jack left, Stokes and Burke set Graem upright in his chair.
At roughly 3:20, Stokes was part of a small CTU team that rendezvoused with Jack, Marilyn Bauer, and Milo Pressman, along with their captive, the mercenary Kozelek Hacker. After Hacker and Marilyn made a staged phone call to Phillip Bauer, Jack ordered Stokes to cuff Hacker and put him in the back of the vehicle.
