Sugarcult were an American ska punk band whose song, "Live at E's", was featured in "Day 1: 12:00am-1:00am" when Kim Bauer and Janet York were driving to Paladio Furniture.

The band was formed in 1988 in Long Beach, California by singer and guitarist Bradley Nowell, bassist Eric Wilson and drummer Bud Gaugh. They began playing small parties and clubs but developed a following and released their first album 40oz. to Freedom in 1992, which featured the track "Live at E's". Their second album, Robbin' the Hood, was released in 1994, and they just completed their third album Sublime in 1996 when lead singer Bradley Nowell died of a heroin overdose. In 2009, the surviving members formed the band Sublime with Rome along with guitarist Rome Ramirez.
