Biography and career Edit
T.J. Ramini was born at University College Hospital in London, England as Tarek Jafar Ramini. He was raised in Muswell Hill in North London. Ramini's mother is Australian and used to be a newsreader on ITN news in UK. He attended St. Lawrence College Boarding School in Kent.
At the age of 19, Ramini moved to Australia, where he appeared in various acting roles. His first credited role was in the film Dating the Enemy, starting a young Guy Pearce. After that, he appeared in the Australian show Fallen Angels.
After some time, Ramini returned to the UK and continued his acting career. In 2001, he landed recurring roles in the British shows Casualty and The Bill. After this, he started appearing in American shows. From 2009 to 2010, he played a recurring guest role on NCIS, which also featured Arnold Vosloo as well as main cast member Pauley Perrette.
Other shows in which Ramini has appeared are Arrow (with Colin Salmon and Paul Blackthorne), CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (with Carlo Rota and Ludwig Manukian). From 2013 to 2014, he also had a recurring role in the show Twisted. Ramini has also performed as a voice actor in several video games.
