After watching the episode, I believed he is one of the two CTU SWAT agents with notable lines that storms the building where Numair detonates the nuke. I couldn't figure out which man was Quintana because IMDB has no images of him. To be frank, I'm not sure if it was one of them at all. It really could be one of the terrorists (Komar was credited as "Team Leader" at least once). I consider this one of the few Unnamed character mysteries remaining (not counting a handful from Season 5 which I just haven't gotten to yet, and I appreciate your recent help with these!). I have two images from CSI: NY of a businessman who seems to be portrayed by Ryan Quintana. Of the two CTU tac agents in the raid scene, it sounds and looks to me that Ryan is the one kneeling by the dumpster who says "Delta unit, move in". The guy who actually leads Delta unit in doesn't look very much like the CSI actor really. But I'm far from certain of any of this. It's just the current lead I've got, and I still consider it possible that Quintana was completely cut from the episode, making the list of "credit-only" actors six.
