Disambiguation[]
Just want to consult my fellow comrades here before I go on creating the other Hampton page... I notice that he also made two other appearances in "Day 1: 7:00pm-8:00pm" (here) and "Day 2: 8:00pm-9:00pm" (here). I was going for Hampton (LAPD) for this guy but since the hospital Hampton is also a cop I have to hold back my thought. What do you guys think? --William (talk) 15:40, May 20, 2020 (UTC)
- Could we have "Hampton (Day 2)" for the Day 2 only cop and "Hampton (LAPD)" for the multi-season one? Not sure if there is precedent for doing this elsewhere...--Acer4666 (Talk) 08:48, May 23, 2020 (UTC)
Yeah that's what I initially proposed above, but I think it might confuse readers as Hampton (Day 2) is also LAPD. Nevertheless, I can't come up with a better idea so this is probably our best option. --William (talk) 14:26, May 23, 2020 (UTC)
- I think this Hampton is played by the same extra who portrays Savage. So do we want to save the trouble and merge all the related stuff about him into the Savege page and note the "Hampton" nametag as a continuity error, like how we treated Waltrip before? --William (talk) 16:31, August 2, 2020 (UTC)
- I think putting all the info from this guy on the Savage page makes sense, to save on disambiguation tags. The actor is Truman Jordan, and he appears elsewhere in Season 1...
- As a security guard at the Palmer breakfast (in security guard costume, so maybe a different character?)
- One of the cops who shows up outside the construction cabin in 1x09
- One of the cops at the roadblock at the start of 1x10
