[edit] Moshen or Mohsen?

When I made all the updates to this character, I intended but simply forgot to make all the changes from Mohsen to Moshen. Reason: in the deleted scenes catalogue of the final disc for season 2, there is a scene with the character in it, and his name is spelled Moshen in the menu. However on IMDB it is Mohsen. When Proudhug went through and made the sp changes, I second guessed myself and found out that Mohsen is actually an Iranian name, and Moshen doesn't appear out there (except for the german wikipedia page for moshing and stuff).

All my concerns would be addressed if the guy's name was actually spelled in the episodes, but I don't think it was (?). Should we assume the deleted scenes are correct, or a misspelling of the real life Iranian name? – Blue Rook 17:01, 5 July 2007 (UTC)_talkcontribs

The article was originally created as "Moshen" but was eventually moved to the proper spelling "Mohsen." I remember there being a source of the proper spelling, but can't remember what it was. It was possibly Fox.com, as they consistently spell it "Mohsen" in the summaries for both episodes, but I can't remember. The only other source I can find is The Unofficial Guide, which consistently spells it "Moshen" (but also calls him "weird," apropos of nothing). Since we have two contradictory official sources, I say we go with "Mohsen," as A) it's used more frequently, increasing the chance that the DVD made an error, and B) it exists as a real name. --Proudhug 17:41, 5 July 2007 (UTC)
