President Keeler, aboard Air Force One, was anticipating a meeting with Secretary Taylor and Director Shaye at the start of Day 4.
Later, Secretary Taylor granted Cheng Zhi access to enter CTU Los Angeles to ask them questions about the raid on the Chinese consulate. He called Michelle Dessler personally to ensure that she knew they were to cooperate with Cheng to help divert an international crisis.
