[edit] Usage

1. Only registered users may use this template, and only for major edits.
2. An editor may only have one article "inuse" at a time.
3. The template may remain in place for a period of twenty-four hours, after which it may be removed (and the page edited) by any contributor.
4. Anyone who contributes to a page which has the template in place does so at your their own risk, as the one who added the template is under no obligation to honor these edits.
