Thompson was a local police ranger on duty near the Potomac during Season 7.

Thompson received an official search notice for missing FBI agent Renee Walker, and was the first person to see her after she infiltrated the boat of Benjamin Juma. She hurriedly identified herself and told him to radio in. As he did, he was gunned down by Laurent Dubaku, who had been pursuing Renee.
