Todd Richards was Mandy's attorney during Day 4.

After being apprehended by Jack Bauer and CTU Los Angeles agents, Mandy received a call from Richards to confirm that the pardon signed by President Logan granted her full immunity from all crimes, past and present. She then immediately upheld her part of the deal, and informed the agents that Habib Marwan, their lead suspect, would be escaping via helicopter at the Global Centre.
