Tracy Howe

Tracy Howe played the corrupt Secret Service agent Justin Adams during Season 5 of 24.

Biography and career

Howe has had guest roles on House, Third Watch (with Kim Raver), Young Americans, and Curb Your Enthusiasm. He was the first actor to appear on all of the original three Law & Order series: Law & Order, Law & Order: SVU, and Law & Order: Criminal Intent.

Howe has also had a minor role in several films, including Bridge of Spies (with Domenick Lombardozzi), War of the Worlds and Lucky You (with Kelvin Han Yee).
