Trevor Tomlinson was an MI6 agent working in Los Angeles during Day 3.

After 5:00am, Tomlinson was able to get files on Stephen Saunders that Jack Bauer needed in order to stop Saunders. When Diana White was brought in by Jack and Chase Edmunds, Saunders had his men attack MI6 using a helicopter. Tomlinson was shot by a machine gun mounted on the helicopter. He told Jack the location of the information on Saunders in his dying breath, and died minutes later.
