The United States Congress is the legislative branch of the United States government, comprised of the Senate and the House of Representatives.

The Vice President is the head of the Senate (though he is not a senator), while the Speaker of the House is the head of the House of Representatives. The Speaker is second in the line of succession, after the Vice President.

Senators Edit

David Palmer served congress as a Maryland representative and later senator, before becoming President of the United States. John Keeler was also a senator before his presidency.

Representatives Edit

Charles Logan represented Santa Barbara, California before being elected Vice President.

Don Ashton was the Speaker of the House during John Keeler's administration.
