First of all, how could a bum coming out of jail know about Dana's identity when even CTU didnt..
secondly, seeing he was jeopardizing Dana's cover, why didn't she just ask davros or pavel to take care of him lol? I mean it would of been easy to plan the hit on him, no? Just my 2 cents =)
