Day 1.
Jack Bauer followed him there to talk with him. The current sergeant on duty during
Day 1 4:00am-5:00am was
Sergeant Douglas Newman. Officers there included
Phillips and the late
Jessie Hampton. Jack was forced to break Penticoff out of the precinct in order for him to save his family and possibly find information about the assassination threat to
David Palmer.
