Viktor Grigorin was a Dawn Brigade terrorist working for Vladimir Bierko during Day 5.

Viktor was arrested in Russia for various crimes, including possession and smuggling of cocaine and meth-amphetamines, arms trafficking, and theft. He was imprisoned for fourteen years in a penitentiary prior to Day 5.
Day 5[]
Viktor was assigned to release a canister of Sentox VX nerve gas inside the Tyler Memorial Hospital by Bierko, to distract CTU from the primary terrorist target: CTU Los Angeles itself. Agent Curtis Manning uncovered the plot and entered the hospital. Grigorin was discovered near a ventilation shaft, setting the gas release timer. Curtis confronted him as he attempted to flee. When Viktor turned with his pistol, he was shot and killed by Curtis. As Manning and a Chemical Response team tried to defuse Viktor's canister, they ran out of time, so Curtis ran it to a pressurized container, preventing the nerve gas from being released in the hospital. Viktor's distraction was successful, however, and CTU LA was later gassed.
