Visalia was a city in California.

Crescent Collectables of Visalia was the location of Nina Myers' contact, Mamud Rasheed Faheen, for the location of the nuclear weapon. Faheen was captured at this location, but was murdered by Nina Myers later on a plane with a broken credit card.
