Agent Watson is a character spoken to by Jack Bauer in Day 1. His voice was heard, but he has made no on-screen appearances and has not been mentioned since.

Just after 3:00pm, Jack Bauer contacted Agent Watson at CTU New Orleans in New Orleans, Louisiana to alert that agency to the sudden disappearance of floating NSA operative Robert Ellis, who was murdered at the end of the previous hour during a phone call with Bauer.

Later, somebody, presumably Watson, contacted CTU Los Angeles to inform them that Ellis' body had been discovered in a bar in the French Quarter, but there were no leads on the killer.
