Wilson was a United States general in service during Day 4.

General Wilson was tasked by Mike Novick to seal off the roads in Iowa in an effort to capture the terrorists (led by Sabir Ardakani and Robert Morrison) who had stolen a nuclear warhead there. Novick briefed President Charles Logan about this and other operations at 12:46am.
