Zolile Nokwe (born October 1, 1982; age 41) played Youssou Dubaku in 24: Redemption. It is one of his few credited acting roles.
Biography and career[]
Zolile Nokwe was born in Murambi, Zimbabwe. At some point, he moved to Cape Town, South Africa. Nokwe attended Zonnebloem Nest High School, and later General Smuts High School in Vereeninging, Johannesburg.[1]
Nokwe began his acting career on the South African soap opera Generations, where he was credited as Tafadzwa Kuuya. Later he starred as Hangula in the film The Color of Freedom (A.K.A. Goodbye Bafana) which featured Dennis Haysbert in the main role as Nelson Mandela.
Nokwe is currently focused on a career as a voice actor, working steadily with clients like SAB, Distel, Discovery Channel, and others.
